1. The service

Hyderabad Listings is a platform that lets users post and browse classified ads. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and do not own, inspect or guarantee any item listed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and posting ads.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not post illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous or prohibited items.
• Do not post false, misleading, spam or duplicate ads.
• Do not harass other users or misuse their contact details.
• You must own or have the right to sell anything you list.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a licence to display it on the platform. We may remove any ad that violates these terms or the law.

5. Transactions & safety

All deals are strictly between buyers and sellers. Meet in safe public places, inspect items before paying, and never make advance payments or share OTPs. We are not liable for any loss, fraud or dispute arising from transactions.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
